  • Check-in and Check-out: Please do not arrive early to your vacation rental check-in or late check-out unless approved ahead of your stay.
  • No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the property/porches/decks.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property or in the cottage under any conditions.
  • Minimum Age to Rent: You must be 24 years of age or older to rent a property under our management.
  • Security Deposit - A security deposit has been paid. The security deposit is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
    • There is no damage to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
    • No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services.
    • All debris, trash and discards are placed properly in container(s) provided outside of the cottage. Dishes, glassware etc. are to be left clean,one load of cleaned dishes are acceptable to be left in the dishwasher.
    • All keys that are provided in the cottage and in the lock box are left after your stay.
    • All linens shall be left accounted for and undamaged.
    • The Renter is not evicted by the Owner, a representative of the owner, law enforcement, or security services employed by "The Home Owners Association".
  • Cleaning: While linens and bath towels are included in the cottage, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property at any time.
  • Evacuations: All transient occupants must evacuate from the short-term vacation rental property immediately upon posting of any emergency evacuation order issued by local, state, or federal authorities. A copy of a map showing evacuation routes is on a laminated sheet in the cottage with general instructions and information. The day that a mandatory evacuation order is issued for the area of the vacation rental, we will refund:
    • Any unused portion of the rent to the current guest on the rental agreement.
    • Any unused portion of the rent from a guest who is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay and wants to arrive after the evacuation order is lifted.
    • Any advance rent collected and on deposit for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the evacuation order.
